Specialized Exhibition and Business Platform in Russia

Steel Structures 2020, the 5d International Exhibition, a specialized event for metal construction professionals had to be held on 9 – 11 June in Moscow was cancelled due to the COVID-19.

The difficult situation of Coronavirus Pandemic growth, which badly damaged country's economy (quarantine, suspension of construction), also damaged the metal industry. However, the steel production plants under the new conditions were producing and delivering to strategically important facilities. The enterprises took an active part in the construction projects of fast medical centers and related infrastructure, applying new technologies and metal products. Further prospects of the metal construction market and expectations of its participants will depend on renewal of construction works and implementation of national projects.

Realizing the importance of the discussion the industry situation, establishing new contacts and increasing sales volume, Metal-Expo has planned online events on the dates of the exhibition.

The Exhibition will be held online (www.mc-expo.ru) on 9 – 11 June, 2020.

In addition to the business online program, participants will have the opportunity to present their products and technologies to the wide internet audience. Personal profiles will be created on the exhibition website, where exhibitors will be able to place information about the company, presentations, advertising booklets and price lists, links to the information pages of the sites, as well as video materials demonstrating equipment, implemented projects or current works on site. The best videos will be broadcasted on the main page of the site with the ability to click away to a profile account of the participating company.

Based on its long-standing experience and considerable clients base Metal-Expo has launched a campaign to attract project participants.  Heavy coverage of all events and project in general will provide a specialized magazine Metal supply and Sales Magazine and other media partners.  

In the frame of an Internet-project there has been planned to carry out number of online-conferences and round tables, where all web-site visitors can participate using through check-in registration. If desired, the program may include their client webinars and other online events, which will allow companies to reach out to their target audience. During the exhibition "METALL POWER" will summarize the results of the All-Russian competition for the best solutions of steel and aluminum in construction. The submitted contest works and projects of the contest winners will be published on the official website of the exhibition "Metal Construction". Voting for the "Audience Award" will be held from June 9 to 11 on the exhibition website.
